Went to the San Diego Comic con yesterday. Came back two beach balls richer.

The great thing is, I only spent less than $25. I mostly just looked around. Didn't even have a big bag of stuff to lug around for awhile. And when I did, it was mostly full o' freebies. I never realized how fun the convention can be if you're only going as a casual observer.

Speaking of casual observations, ever notice recently cut toe nails look similar to people with army haircuts?

And with that deep insight, I'm going to start my day.

I went as the sexiest man alive, and I didn't even need to wear a costume.

Ugh...I'm so jealous...usually my dad gets in free, but he registered too late and didn't get tickets. He tried playing the "Oh, you actually wanted to go?" card, but I reminded him that I've been going since I was knee-high to a pig's eye. Whatever that means.

Did you get any mangas for me? :D

I didn't get you any mangas, but I got the second best thing: stories about all the weird costumes people were wearing during the show!! I'll convey them at the next j-gathering.
